All men and women currently serving in the U.S. Military in Active Duty, Guard, and Reserve status, as well as veterans with a honorable, general, or medical discharge should pay In-State tuition rates at all public colleges and universities regardless of their actual state of residency. They fight or fought to defend the lives and freedoms of those in every state. Why should they be treated like an alien by those states when they seek an education there?
