Soldiers were offered bonuses to reenlist in the military during the Iraqi and Afganistan wars. These bonuses were invented for certain positions only but offered to all soldiers at no fault by the soldiers. It should not be the soldiers burden to repay these bonuses when they fulfilled their end of the deal and served our country. It is the governments fault for approving and paying in the first place. Do not penalize our soldiers who put their lives on the line for all of us. Please forgive these debts.
