Devyani Khobragade has not only committed a Visa crime, but also failed to provide basic human rights to her maid. She must face justice and be prosecuted. Clearly this is an attempt by Devyani Khobragade and the Indian government to find a backdoor to escape punishment. The US must not let this happen.
