In an effort to sway Presidential elections, some states are creating unfair and unequal voting procedures for Presidential candidates. Since we are voting as one country for one President, we ALL should have the same voice in the process. I propose Federal Election rules for POTUS. Majority rules. Plain and simple. One person, one vote. Remove the electoral college system.
