No prisoner, in the U.S. penal system, should be staying in conditions that are any better than the worst conditions our deployed troops are living in.
Prisoners in the U.S. have more amenities available to them than our deployed troops. It's time we stopped spending so much money on our convicted criminals and started giving that money to our troops.
