The U.S schools have gone crazy, We our having problems with bullying and cellphone useage. I wish I can be the change!

I want we kids and teenagers to have legal rights saying we can use cellphones instand of using the school phones because teachers take there jobs over our heads. They see we getting bullied and does nothing about it. I am strongly sick and tired of teacher not caring and treating us like we are not human, like we don't belong in America! We should rights to contact our parents when we want and need to, Schools need more camera's and officers. We need to be the change in America, we people need to come together and stop this! I need help, if it takes every breath out of me that will be fine!
