The U.S. Supreme Court has repeatedly declared that American's wages are not lawful "income", but the IRS claims it is.

For decades, researchers have been discovering via the computer and Internet, that original intent of Congress on taxation did NOT include taxing most Americans wages. Despite repeated challenges, with clear evidence, including many court challenges, the IRS has refused to explain its position, let along provide a lawful definition of "income" for Americans to understand, and continues to call such U.S. Supreme Court and Congressional testimony as "frivolous" with no basis in law. The American People want a clear answer to all the challenges made by X-IRS tax experts, constitutional attorneys and others regarding the right to tax something that was never taxable prior to the 16th Amendment, which the U.S. Supreme Court stated did NOT provide some new form of taxation on American's wages.
