U.S. Veterans Petition to END abuses and DENIAL of authorized VA-Health Care to U.S. Veterans at the VA-MANILA CLINIC

U.S. VETERANS, After having served our country with honor we are disheartened that we must continue to face additional daily battles for veterans health care and disrespect of our service and many sacrifices for which we continue to suffer and bare the physical mental scars and injuries. That our suffering and daily struggles are compounded by again having to fight to receive entitled to VA health care and VETERANS services we have earned and Congress has guaranteed by law under (38 U.S.C. § 1724, 38 CFR 17.35 and VHA DIRECTIVES 2012-019, VHA DIRECTIVE 2012-011, VHA DIRECTIVE 2010-027, VHA DIRECTIVE 2011-022 and PRESIDENTIAL EXECUTIVE ORDER: (VA improved Mental health access) Dated August 31, 2012).
