US Visa approval system around the world.

Created by P.M. on September 24, 2011

The US Visa approval system is biased and is based on false assumptions.
An international applicant (for Higher studies) after the input of lot of resources secures a place and is eligible to study in the US, but gets a Visa rejected; A person/ family/ businessman and others when apply for tourist Visa in a hope to see the beauty of the US or for the trade purpose, gets the Visa rejected. This is only because the Visa Officers presumes that the applicant will apply for immigration according to the INA. Unfortunately, some times the decision is made based on the mood or temperament of the visa officer on a particular day instead of the facts in front of that officer.
The approval of Visa should be based on documents and evidence, not on convincing the Visa officer. Please upgrade the policy
