The US workers who are being replaced by the H-1B visa can not be used to train their visa-holding replacements.

Created by K.D. on September 23, 2015

By law, the H-1B visa is not supposed to create an adverse economic impact on U.S. workers. And the H-1B visa holders suppose to be able to perform the same works as the US workers with limited training. In practice, as in the case at Edison, must train their visa-holding replacements if they want to receive their deserved severance package.
