It is a practice by members of various branches of US Government to publicly participate and encourage public discontent events, while visiting foreign countries.
While a US Citizen right of Free Speech and expression is protected by US Constitution, the same does not hold true, if this is a member of US legislative body.
The recent visit of US legislature members during events in Syria and Ukraine, created a perception of US formal endorsement of extremist methods of protests utilized by extremist wings of democratic movement in these countries.
As a sequence, extreme violence occurred in both countries, resulting in casualties. There was also significant damage to USA international image. These unauthorized activities scope and capacity presentations requiring to be regulated by Law.
