USA ignoring informers as they are not yet issued reward to me.hence respond me.take this to appropriate authority

i was informer in case of saddam hussain( former president of IRAQ).due to my information saddam was caught.governament of america announced reward against saddam.i was afraid of saddam followers that is why i was not claimed reward.
in the year 2009 i wrote one letter to Mr obama hon`ble president of usa in which i requested for the reward and celebration of diwali(our festival).On august 14th 2009 Mr obama asked my address to issue reward.axccordingly i sent my address several times .No response from him.Hence this letter.please help me needful in the above issue
