My mom was Arrested for child abuse yet all she was to protect her self from being killed from my sister there no injuries on my sister and yet my mom is all cut up and injured yet my mother was arrested and my sister who should be charged for attempted murder was not arrested. what CPS did is violated:
7th amendment for searching her without a warrent.
1st amendment by not letting me speak to court or to her
4th admendment by forcing her to speak without a lawyer and by not reading the Miranda rights to her.
2ed amendment by arresting her for self defense.
8th amendment by not letting her face the accuser
and others and yet they are charging her with child cruelty
I honestly think my testimony should be heard but they are forcing me to be silent. Justice Needs to be served sign.
