The USA should create a department of cyber security to protect all of our computing infrastructure from foreign attack.

A foreign entity could potentially crash our entire computing infrastructure in the event of a cyber war. This, no doubt, is one of the reasons we have not responded in-kind to Russia's cyber bullying. This department should issue free anti malware software to all of our domestic computers, in addition to other things that are beyond the grasp of the layman.
