USA State to State Disaster Relief Fund.

This petition is to set up a state to state fund, in an emergency back up account. The money will come from raising the taxes on the wealthy and will be equality divided into each USA state. As there are many disasters that happen each and every year and some years towns, city's and states are hit for numerous months in a row. The states run out of funds and then are having to wait on the government to get the extra money they need because they have not alocated enough money for his or her state. While waiting for the money after a state has been declared a disaters, family's are suffering. They are having to go long periods of time living without a decent roof over their head, the food that they need and clothes that they need. Each state will always have what they need.
