Since ever, beloved President Obama is hailed with the title "观海" (which means deep thoughts and far-sight) by Chinese people who admire his strong and positive political stand, believing in which will finally lead them to liberty and democracy. Which alias is now commonly used by people's daily life communications, but yet no any official statements or publications in Chinese language have adopted such deserved honorable title.
Here we petition the Administration to officially enable this title of "观海" to every translation of "President Obama" in Chinese language in manifesting and respect of the belief of Chinese people who long for true peaceful life.
