USCIS should allow adjustment of status for relatives of US Citizen (brother and/or sister) who live in USA (legally) immediately after I-130 approval and expedite I-130 approval process for those relatives.
Currently, USCIS and/or NVC require visa number to be available before it allows relative of US Citizen (bother and/or sister) to file for Adjustment of status even if that relative lives in USA legally. As a result of this process, that relative needs to wait for many years (In some cases 10 -12 years) before that visa number is available for given country. USCIS should also expedite I-130 approval process which is currently at least (3-4 years) for relatives (brother and/or sister) who lives legally in USA.
