We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

USCIS should Improve existing H1B visa process further to eliminate visa frauds by identifying fake employees/employers.

Created by S.P. on May 03, 2016

April 2016 - 236,000 H1B visa applications.
Result: H1B lottery.
Once again our luck is competing for 85,000 visa slots against fake candidates. People who genuinely work for reputed companies with genuine qualifications are cheated & challenged by unfair competition from fake employees whose employers put them on projects using fake resumes, fake interviews & ultimately file H1B using fake documents.
End clients are unaware & provided with false information about the employee by the middlemen Indian staffing companies based in U.S. & apply multiple H1Bs for same employee abusing U.S. immigration policies.
USCIS should verify all the details they receive for an applicant with their end client.
USCIS should evolve their process to eliminate such applicants & create a better H1B program.
