That the U.S. Department of Education shall show no bias and enforce all rules for the students they represent in all place of education it is responsible for. To make the parties responsible in this activity to have severe consequences and punishments. The place of education is no place for any discrimination or illegal activity such as in my case with Cuyahoga Community College in Cleveland, Ohio who fails at protecting student rights, college rules, and protects employees that commit these acts. Such as harassment, sexual harassment, intimidation, violates school policy, and puts the students safety at risk for their own employees.
