Use the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution to stop our congress from holding our Government hostage.

Under the 14th amendment all people are protected under due process and congress by holding the country hostage to use the term and letting certain programs that many americans use like medicare, social security etc. are 1st not doing what they swore to do when they took office and serve and protect the american people and 2nd by letting the government go in debt they are denying the american people there due process as it is stated in the 14th amendment.
