Use the 50/50 plann.

The 50/50 plann will decrease old debt, that is compounded by instrest thats has it five times higher than the orginal loan amount. This will work as in the following:
Forgive all Americans of their debt by 50%.
Tax returns on households under $40k should get their Tax returns at 100%
Tax returns on households over $40k should get their Tax returns at 50%.
Give Block grants to all community hospitals only, not to for profit hospitals or their agencies (TBD)
Change SBA into a lending insitution for up-start companies and new innovative investors.
Consumer credit cards over $15k forgiven, 50% off higher balances.
3/5 rule: 3 years no tax returns, 5 years tax returns with 7% instrest.
50% all corporate Tax returns invest into US Stock markets by SBA.
