Use all inmates with life,death row and 50 year conviction or more to fight the war on terror in places like Somalia,alger and mali. Deport and revoke thier right to live here. also hard core gang members. this will reduce cost on states and the department of correction nation wide this will give inmates a place to live were they can no longer reach the USA and they can fight the AL Q. and Talaban Somalia is perfect because they have no goverment and is the main base for Al Q terrorist.they well no longer need passports and I Ds will be put in world wide I D base so not to be able to leave Africa.let them fight from with in and they have no rules. if it does not work no lose if it does we win and they can keep any area they win
