Time for talk is over. Time to act.
1. Offer *actual* military support to Ukraine, in the form of troops and vehicles.
2. Declare Russia a terrorist-sponsoring state.
3. Disconnect Russia from SWIFT and other international banking systems.
4. Prohibit Russian aircraft and sea ships - military AND civilian - from entering USA territories.
5. Enforce a DMZ and a no-fly zone over Crimea, and an area extending 60km deep on the Russian-Ukrainian border for Russian aircraft.
