Use All Revenues from Expiring Tax Cuts to Reduce the Deficit

Our country's economy cannot sustain continued deficit spending. Congress has demonstrated that compromise on increasing revenue and reducing spending is impossible. The "fiscal cliff" of expiring tax cuts and congressionally-mandated spending cuts presents us with an opportunity to make some progress in reducing the deficit.

The petitioners request that ALL of the revenue generated from expiring Bush-era tax cuts be used for deficit reduction and not for increased spending,
