The revenue generated from solar, wind and hydro power would save the taxpayers money while increasing funding for the VA. Clinics could be built at local hospitals to eliminate the wait times that are killing veterans. Research into better treatments would be expedited. All veterans could receive income and we could put an end to veterans being homeless. A trust would need to set up so donations could be accepted and invested to get the program started. Concerts and auctions would help as well. This would allow everyone to contribute to the program without the need for new taxes and spending.
