US citizen Martin Wani is 20-months old and has been imprisoned in Sudan with his 8-month pregnant mother for being Christians. Martin's mother has been sentenced to death for becoming a Christian and marrying a US citizen that is a Christian. The role of the Federal government is to protect and defend its citizenry at home and abroad. The US government should use every resource available to free this family and to punish the Sudanese government for its blatant disregard of human rights and this attack on our fellow citizens.
