Army officials wanted to replace UCP with Crye Precision's MultiCam pattern that has demonstrated consistent performance in multiple tests and was selected in 2010 as the Operational Camouflage Pattern, for soldiers to wear in Afghanistan, problems have emerged with price negotiations & the Army decided to go with Scorpion, which was actually designed by Crye Precision under a government contract.
Officials in the Pentagon want to go to Scorpion W2 that is almost exact to Multicam and waste $6 Billion dollars & change that has been spent to refit our Soldiers with matching equipment instead of negotiating the $25 Million and talking the price down offered by Crye Precision to buy out the copyright.
Stop wasting money, follow the N.D.A Act for Fiscal 2014 and immediately allow for wear.
