Use Article 5 of the Constitution to impose TERM LIMITS on members of Congress and The House of Represenatives.

Created by T.R. on August 19, 2013

Article 5 of the Constitution states that a 2/3 vote of states and 3/4 vote of states for ratification can make an amendment imposing term limits on Comgress and the House of Represenatives. Having a person in a seat for upwards of 3 decades is unacceptable. If the President is limited to 2 terms, why should the others be any different. New blood and new ideas are needed. Part of the problem is it is the SAME people arguing the SAME points for decades now. It's time for a change.
