Present congress is completely disfunctional due to partisan politcal posturing. Most senators and and congressmen have sold out in order to insure reelection. Limiting to two terms would decrease the gridlock. Limiting years of service would allow the courts to reverse such extremely partisan decisions like 'Citizens United'. Term limits would halt our headlong plunge toward Plutocracy, government of, by, and for the rich. It takes a constitutional amendment. We have to do it now or lose our democracy.
