The United States Government is dysfunctional. The more than two centuries since its creation have permitted decay and corruption to find homes in what should be the most emblematic and proud of American organizations.
Fortunately our country's founders saw this might happen, and wrote into our laws a way to change our government in extreme need, bypassing seated officials.

The President should call on the States to convene an Article V convention.
