Use Checks and Balances more.

Created by S.A. on April 04, 2014

The United States Government does not seem to use the checks and balances established in 1788. It appears that the Legislature is in more control of the government than the Executive or Judicial branches. We had a government shutdown because Congress could not make a decision. Just because one branch cannot make a decision, does not mean that the other branches can. Checks and Balances should have been used in this situation. Overall, we ask for the government to use Checks and Balances more to make a balance of powers.
