In the movie Zero Dark Thirty, a woman, known as "the killer", is assigned to find UBL and does so over the male-dominated bureaucracy. The feminist theme does not detract from the universal point that the CIA under Panetta could identify "killers".
If we can find people who will do what it takes to get their job done, why not use this new technology in choosing cancer researchers, civil engineers, and diplomats.
I tried to contact former Sec. Panetta and the CIA. Nobody was home. They're asleep.
Let's cut through bureaucratic red tape and use the technology to find our killers for disease, social problems, US finance, and foreign affairs.
Mr. President, please convene a commission on "killers".
