Use cold water vapor to help end global warming.

It's so simple: With cold water turned into water vapor to be released into the atmosphere, the climate will gradually start returning to normal. Even if temperature doesn't affect how hot it is in this case, the moisture would bring down more storms to cool down the Earth. This would only work though if every country starts releasing cold water vapor into the atmosphere. And if there seems to not be enough water to go around, it'll come back down as rain or snow anyway in a matter of weeks or months. Storms may bring destruction upon society, but it's relatively safer and most cost effective than waiting for a great flood to bring even more destruction to society.
