Use common core standards to create a national and searchable database of teacher's lesson plans

With the adoption of common core standards by the majority of states, the education system becomes more standardized. With a database of teacher's lesson plans based on the common core standards and searchable by those standards, teachers will be able to innovate and create much quicker. Also it will enable younger teachers to benefit from experienced teachers across the country, lowering the burdened of their first years. This does not trap teachers into only these lesson plans but centralizes a location to find them and discuss them.
