Use Common Sense against firearm violence

Statistics and facts can be skewed to any viewpoint but common sense will help you find the right answers to the following.
A single shot fired for every trigger pull or a trigger pull that shoots multiple rounds. Using common sense which will kill more people.
Three people want to either kill themselves or someone else. One has a gun, one a knife, one bare hands, bat or hand held object. Using common sense which person has a better chance of either running, fighting back or possibly surviving the attack on themselves or others?
A mentally ill person has access to a gun, knife, bat or other hand held object. Using your common sense which will allow them to to kill the most people in a short time.
