To use computers to draw Congressional districts.

Created by B.W. on April 22, 2016

This will allow the use of computer algorithms to draw Congressional districts using the shortest possible lines to make districts. The political party in charge of the State may choose the point on the map where the computer starts.
This will ensure that all districts will be compromised of citizens without regard to political partys.
This will eliminate gerrymandering in states and allow the citizens of a state a more representative voice in our democracy.
