Use the Constitutional Power Grated to the President to Immediately Make a Recess Appointment to the Supreme Court.

Whereas the 2016 Republican candidates for President have called for the Senate to intentionally delay a vote on ANY nominee that President Obama may nominate to replace the deceased Justice Scalia, and:

Whereas the Senate Leader has publicly stated his intention to obstruct confirmation of ANY nominee that President Obama may submit as a replacement for the deceased Justice Scalia, and;

Whereas such recess appointment would, by law, be temporary and be terminate upon Senate confirmation of a replacement nominee for the deceased Justice Scalia, and;

Whereas such recess appointment would insure the availability of a full Supreme Court to decide the important issues in such interim time as confirmation may require;
