The White House Council on Women and Girls could help ignite the potential of girls by creating a network of people and organizations who are creating innovative and effective programs that empower girls and fight poverty across the country. This group could connect virtually and meet regularly to share research and best practices, and to continue to spread the critical message that girls are the key to creating a better future.
