Use Eminent Domain on the Chicago Bears and manage The Team from the White House.

For too long the good people of Chicagoland have suffered disappointment and heartache of losing teams under misguided management of the Chicago Bears. It has been 29 seasons since the Bears last won a Super Bowl. An entire generation of Chicagoans has grown up never knowing what it feels like to cheer for a winning Super Bowl football team. Therefore We the People of the United States petition the Whitehouse and its favorite Illinois’ native son, President Obama to use eminent domain on the Chicago Bears and manage the team from the White House.
The management of the Chicago Bears should be the first step in building a promise zone in Chicago. President Obama can return the Monsters of the Midway to glory; revitalize Chicagoland and restore hope to an entire city.
