Use Emminent domain, to Return All foreclosed homes to every US Citizen that lost them Due to Wall Street Banker Crimes

The US Government, should us Emminent Domain, To take All of the Foreclosed Homes From the Wall Street Banks, that were bailed out, , due to the risky investments, and the Criminal activity,both before the collapse, and in the foreclosure process, of the wall Street Banks, Without Compensation! The homes should then be returned to all US Citizens, (free and clear of all charges, and taxes) that lost their jobs, and homes, due to their crimes!
