Use every opportunity to cancel the illegal sentencing opposition lawmaker Victorov imposed regime of Yanukovych.

Oleksandr Viktorov was Volyn regional council deputy from the opposition party "Freedom" in Ukraine. For refusing to enter the presidential majority in the regional council and criticizing the regime of dictator Yanukovych was sentenced to 5 years in prison. The criminal case was fabricated and politically motivated. All domestic remedies have been exhausted during President Yanukovych. Under the new government in Ukraine has canceled a number of sentences for former officials of the Tymoshenko government. However, Viktorov does not has such influence as former ministers, so the verdict against him still stands. Since power in Ukraine has changed, ask all possible, constitutional ways influence the decision to abolish the illegal sentence or pardon and rehabilitation Oleksandr Viktorov.
