Use Executive Action to maintain net neutrality by ruling the Internet as a utility under the terms of Title II.

Under pressure from industry lobbyists the FCC has repeatedly delayed issuing new rules on net neutrality. Industry wants to eliminate net neutrality so that they can charge extra to businesses that want high speed access to the Internet. This means that corporate giants would dictate what consumers would most readily have access to on the Internet. Furthermore, in many cases the cost for that preferential access would be passed on to consumers. FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler has sent signals indicating that he sides with industry, despite receiving thousands of emails last summer and fall overwhelmingly opposed to the Industry's position.
