Use executive authority to enforce or expand the 1934 and 1968 federal firearms acts to reduce gun violence in America.
1. Use the "Any Other Weapon" provision in the 1934 national firearms act (NFA) to regulate ammunition magazines with capacities greater than 10 rounds or define those magazines as destructive devices under the act.
2. Regulate devices that facilitate "bump or slide firing" as well as receivers that can be modified without the use of specialized tools or training for high rates of fire as machine guns under the 1934 NFA.
3. Enforce the provision of the 1968 gun control act (GAO) prohibiting individuals from buying firearms outside of their state of residence.
