Lets use the Executive Order to create jobs!
The issue: Companies currently have a great amount of productivity because employees are simply working more for less. Why should Companies hire more if they are producing at profit point with 20 workers ? The company that used to have a 100 workers can now manage with 20.
President Obama should use a Executive Order to force the US Government(DOD,DOS,DOE,ETC..) to only hand out grants and sign contracts witg companies that offer a EU type Vacation Law.
Force Companies to offer 20 days vacation after 1 Year of Labor, 12 Sick Days, and the production time will fall forcing companies sitting on cash reserves to hire more to make up for the employees that will be taking Vacations and taking Sick Days.
