Use an Executive Order to end the Do-Nothing FBI investigation of the Benghazi attack and the gagging of the Survivors.

January 23rd, 2013 Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton testified that 25-30 survived the attack. Also indicating a FBI investigation was underway and she and the Administration did not want to interfere.
7 months later, the Survivors have not been allowed to testify to aide in the discovery of the mistakes made in Libya. Even now, the FBI has made no recommendations or arrests in this case.
This Administration claims transparency and is petitioned to show it by Executive Order freeing the Benghazi Survivors allowing them to testify before the House and Senate and in open format before the People of The United States.
There are no State's Secrets needing protection when Citizens are attacked on Sovereign US Soil. The Constitution Guarantees protection, which they didn't receive.
