Limit members of Congress to two 6-year terms using Executive Order if necessary. The current unlimited number of terms leads to octogenarians who are out of touch with the feelings of the populace and possibly have a bit of senility showing.
The current system gives members of Congress too much time to make back room deals and contacts to subvert the will of the populace.
If they are limited to two terms, this gives them a minimum of two presidents, possibly three presidents presiding over their legislation if both veto the legislation its bad for America. This restores equity to checks and balances.
