Use an executive order to make congress and all congressional staff members to enroll and use The Affordable Care Act.

To ensure that all memebrs of congress and all congressional staff members are using the affordable care act as their insurance and that neither congress or it's staff be exempt in anyway from using the identical health coverage being used by all Americans under the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare). That there be no special treatment or exemptions to be used to change congress or their staff members status that would allow them Not to use the ACA.(Obamacare)
