It is the right of the president, upon which it is noticed that a significant change in policy is necessary in immediate order, create and execute legislation that remains a temporary order of law until such time in which congress and Senate may assemble.
In the subject of marijuana it is an issue of healthcare and research, which is important to our lives and our national security as individuals.
We the people call upon this administration to reschedule marijuana to the second schedule for purposes of medical research and use until such medical research can be concluded and reviewed.
