Gerrymandering of districts has made insanely shaped areas specifically to make it nearly impossible for incumbents to be voted out and sets an unfair, non democratic standard. Setting all districts to be a default grid would overall make voting more accurately reflective of the populations' wants and stop the shady practice of shaping districts to give an unfair advantage to one side.
Using the power of Executive Order, the President should set up all voting districts to be a fair and consistent grid and mandate that they cannot be changed to crazy shapes again.
