We the people of the United States humbly request, that you President Barack Hussein Obama use your authority as President of the United States of America to begin the process to enact congressional reform. We request that:
-Congressmen be limited to two terms only.
-Re-elections of congressional officials be staggered to ensure that there is never a "green congress".
-Gerrymandering of congressional districts no longer be allowed to give any official an advantage.
-Ear-marking bills is expressly prohibited, the earmark must be relevant to the bill and its contents.
-Congressional raises determined by constituents
-All government officials must pay into all federal taxes.
-In order to serve on any congressional board, officials must have a background in the board they are on.
